FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation- Hourly Rate: $35-$45 (Will grow into Full-Time)
- Patient Training Bonus: $500 per new patient trained
- Bonus Potential: $4,500 – $30,000 annually

As a Home Therapies Registered Nurse with Premier Home Dialysis Services, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the lives of our patients throughout the West Tennessee region. You'll provide exceptional care while training and educating patients and their care partners on in-home dialysis modalities. We understand that extraordinary talent demands to be nurtured, so we focus on training and growth.

- Training and
Education:
Provide comprehensive training to patients and care partners on in-home dialysis therapies, focusing on safe practices and promoting their independence. - Clinical Care: Manage the ongoing care of home dialysis patients throughout West Tennessee, including regular assessments, treatment plan development and modifications, and coordination with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to established clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting all treatment, education, and communication.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel to patients' homes throughout your assigned region in West Tennessee.
- Registered Nurse: Possess a current, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee.
- Dialysis
Experience:
Prior dialysis experience is highly preferred, but we are committed to your development - even if you have no experience in the field! - Passion for Patient-Centered Care: We are firmly committed to delivering compassionate, quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.
