We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse to work from home Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 05:00pm, Central Time.

Position OverviewThe Injury Management Coordinator plays a significant role in the daily operations of the Injury Management Department by supporting the Management Team and its Case Managers. The Injury Management Coordinator will assist with coordination of care for cases handled by the Department. This position requires the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
PrincipalDuties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Obtain and compile medical records for case review
- Coordinate second opinion with specialists as needed
- Coordinate diagnostic procedures such as MRI
- Coordinate medical appointments, such as follow up visits
- Obtain diagnostic results from treating facilities for case review
- Locate and coordinate new clinics as directed by Managers
- Provide communication updates to the assigned Case Manager in a timely manner
- Assist in office related tasks as needed
- Provides exceptional customer and client services by providing a professional customer experience.
- Effectively communicates and disseminates information through verbal, email, and written communications.
- Enters data, verifies reports, makes copies, and collects documentation.
- Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
- Maintain ability to use office technology, equipment, and learn new administrative functions within an organization.
- Adheres to all CORE, LLC policies and procedures, and departmental Quality Assurance procedures.
- Attend in-services and meetings as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Graduate of a Licensed Practical Nurse Program.
Licensures/CertificationMust possess and retain a valid LPN license.
ExperienceOne (1) to three (3) years healthcare, administrative office experience, preferably in a fast-paced office environment managing multiple tasks.
TrainingTraining for this position will be held primarily remotely, but may require in-office training at our corporate office depending on demands of training.
