Care Givers America NEPA, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is seeking a Field Supervisor who brings a strong mix of leadership, accountability, and compassion. We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in clients’ homes—someone who can identify safety concerns, support caregivers in the field, and lead by example.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, based on business needs (field‑based role)
Location: Northern/Eastern Pennsylvania (field travel required)

- Supervise and support caregivers in clients’ homes to ensure high-quality care
- Conduct routine home visits, client assessments, and safety inspections
- Identify and address safety risks within the home environment
- Monitor and enforce compliance with care plans, company policies, and state regulations
- Provide hands‑on training, coaching, and performance feedback to caregivers
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers
- Coordinate with care teams to ensure proper staffing and service delivery
- Address caregiver and client concerns and escalated when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of visits and client updates
- Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives
- Utilize a company-provided vehicle to travel throughout assigned territories
- Support outreach efforts by connecting with local providers, care coordinators, and community partners to help grow service
- CNA certification strongly preferred (or equivalent hands‑on home care experience)
- Experience working in home care or directly in patients’ homes
- Strong ability to recognize safety concerns and ensure a safe care environment
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a field‑based schedule
- Comfortable traveling throughout assigned territory
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to quality care
- Comfortable training and coaching caregivers in the field
- Basic technology skills for documentation and scheduling
Field‑based role with travel throughout Eastern Pennsylvania (primarily northern region)
Flexible work environment – work from home, in the field, or from a local office as needed
Primarily serving a geriatric client population in home settings
