Job description
The Clinical Supervisor supervises all clinical nursing staff (RNs, LVNs, HHAs) and provides training, mentoring and coaching as necessary.
QualificationsRegistered Nurse (RN) with current and unencumbered license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Supervisor/Case Manager RN, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care and ensuring high-quality service delivery within the home health setting. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, your role will involve managing active care plans, overseeing patient care delivery, educating/mentoring the patient care teams, and facilitating discharge planning with high quality outcomes. The clinical supervisor is also responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction, and responding timely to patient/employee reported problems/complaints.
The clinical supervisor participates in the QAPI process as part of the QAPI committee, tracks infections and incidents for the assigned caseload.
