Frederick Crossing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time opportunities on all three shifts.

Available Shifts

• 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

• 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

• 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Eligible part-time Care Team Members can earn an additional $5/hr attendance bonus for working their scheduled shifts. We also offer weekly pay with Daily Pay available. The team can review the available days and weekend rotation during the interview.

Required Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Maryland

• Attend a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education provided by the center to maintain certification

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Resident Care and Assistance: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility while providing emotional support and companionship.

• Health Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor vital signs, document care accurately, and promptly report changes or concerns to the nursing staff.

• Environment and Team Collaboration: Follow infection control practices, help maintain a clean and safe environment, and work with the nursing team to support quality resident care.
