Care Harmony is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our remote care coordination team. This full-time, work-from-home role supports chronic care management and requires a multi-state license, strong communication, and the ability to manage medications and referrals.
You’ll work Monday–Friday with no weekends, gain a competitive hourly wage starting at $21 and up to $28 with a quarterly bonus, and receive health benefits, PTO, and a company laptop.
