Blackbird Health is looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our interdisciplinary team in a weekend-only role. You will deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults. We are looking for clinicians licensed in PA, VA, NJ, or MD—or those willing to become licensed in these states with full financial sponsorship from Blackbird

• Full Licensure Sponsorship: We will cover the application fees and provide administrative support for you to obtain your PMHNP licenses in PA, VA, NJ, or MD.
• Predictable Income: A guaranteed base salary with the ability to earn more by taking on additional patients.
• W-2 Stability: Part-time employment with full benefits—healthcare, 401(k), and generous paid time off.

• Role: W-2 Employee - Part-Time
• Commitment: 20 hours per week (17 clinical hours + 3 non-clinical hours).
• Schedule: Weekend Only — Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET.
• Work Model: Fully Remote

• Total Earning Potential: Up to $175,000+ annually.
• Base Salary: $72,500 for the guaranteed 20-hour/week schedule.
• Additional Earnings: Earn $100 per clinical hour for additional patients beyond your base caseload.
