Insight Global is seeking a Telephonic Insurance Case Manager (RN) to join a growing and well-established organization focused on helping injured employees navigate their recovery and return-to-work journey. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering the flexibility of remote work within Arizona and the chance to make a meaningful impact through clinical case management.

Location: Remote in Arizona (
* Candidates within one hour of Scottsdale may be asked to work onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Employment Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Salary: Up to $90,000 annually

Schedule: Full-Time

• Review and coordinate medical care plans for injured employees
• Ensure treatment plans are medically appropriate, cost-effective, and support timely recovery
• Partner with providers, claims adjusters, employers, and other stakeholders throughout the case management process
• Document case activity and treatment progress
• Support claim resolution and return-to-work initiatives
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards

• California RN License or ability to obtain one
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of clinical nursing experience
• 3+ years of case management experience
• Knowledge of workers' compensation case management, utilization review, injury management, and return-to-work practices
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, pain management, and behavioral health
• CCM Certification or ability to obtain within the first 6-12 months of employment
