Karing Hearts Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Home Infusion team in Ventura, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering high-quality infusion therapy in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:- Administer IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, TPN, chemotherapy, and hydration in patient homes
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor responses to infusion treatments
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and home care protocols
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage IV access devices including PICCs, ports, and central lines
- Accurately document patient care, clinical findings, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care team members to coordinate patient treatment plans
- Respond to patient concerns and on-call needs as required per diem schedule
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1-2 years of IV infusion or home health nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency in peripheral and central line access, including PICC and port management
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a home setting
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation required
- CPR/BLS certification required
