Karing Hearts Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Home Infusion team in San Diego, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality infusion therapy directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:- Administer IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, TPN, chemotherapy, and biologics in patient home settings
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor responses to infusion treatments
- Insert and manage peripheral IVs, PICCs, ports, and other central venous access devices
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and safety protocols
- Accurately document patient care, clinical findings, and treatment progress in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and care team members to coordinate patient treatment plans
- Respond to and manage infusion-related complications or adverse reactions in the field
- Active California RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in home infusion, infusion clinic, or IV therapy
- Proficiency with central venous access devices including PICCs, ports, and tunneled catheters
- Strong phlebotomy and peripheral IV insertion skills
- CRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) certification preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
