Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to join our remote team. You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and injured individuals to develop and implement treatment plans that return to work safely and cost-effectively.

This is a full-time, six-month temporary role, fully remote, with preference for candidates in New Jersey but open to nationwide applicants. Requires nursing license and 2 years clinical experience; URAC CM certification is a plus.
