Guidehealth is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Telehealth Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Specialist - PRN. You will conduct AWVs remotely under physician supervision, educate patients, review histories, and coordinate care using EHR systems.

Requirements include GA RN license, bilingual English and Vietnamese, and 20 hours/week availability. Salary starts at $42/hour with language differential in a fully remote setting.
