HOMECARE RESCUE LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health LPN to serve patients across Pasco and Pinellas County. The position will initially be on a PRN basis. Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients throughout Pasco and Pinellas County
- Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as directed by the care plan
- Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition
- Communicate effectively with supervising RNs, physicians, and care team members
- Educate patients and family members on care procedures, medications, and health management
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with home health regulations
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and all state and federal home health care standards
- Active Florida LPN license in good standing
- Prior home health or field nursing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel across Pasco and Pinellas County
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field setting
