Locum Jobs Online is working with AAS Locum Tenens to find a qualified Psychiatry NP in Maryland!
We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to lead the development and management of our PMHNP Residency Program. Our clinician-founded and clinician-led organization provides virtual and in-person mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and Maryland.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the PMHNP Residency Program and curriculum.
- Mentor, supervise, and evaluate PMHNP residents.
- Provide clinical education focused on pediatric and adolescent psychiatry.
- Recruit and support clinical preceptors and faculty.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary outpatient care team.
- Maintain program quality, documentation, and accreditation standards.
- Support continuous program improvement and professional development.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $140,000–$160,000, based on experience, licensure, and location.

Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- PMHNP-BC certification.
- Active PMHNP/APRN license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD; ability to obtain additional licenses as needed.
- 3+ years of PMHNP/CRNP experience and 1+ year in an educational or leadership role.
- Strong pediatric psychiatry and evidence-based clinical knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and residency accreditation standards.
