ReKlame Health offers a 12‑month, full‑time PMHNP fellowship conducted in a remote, telehealth setting for newly graduated PMHNPs. Fellows will conduct comprehensive evaluations, manage medications, and develop evidence‑based treatment plans for patients with SMI and SUD, while receiving mentorship and ongoing competency assessments.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, gain exposure to MAT, and contribute to care coordination in a patient-centered, equity-focused program.
