Karing Hearts Home Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Per Diem RN to join our Home Infusion team in Orange, CA. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality infusion therapy directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:- Administer IV infusion therapies including antibiotics, TPN, chemotherapy, and hydration in the home setting
- Perform thorough patient assessments and monitor responses to infusion treatments
- Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication management, and home care protocols
- Insert, maintain, and troubleshoot peripheral IVs, PICCs, and central venous access devices
- Document clinical findings, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Respond to patient concerns and on-call needs as required per diem schedule
- Active and unrestricted California RN license required
- Minimum 1-2 years of IV/infusion therapy or home health nursing experience preferred
- Proficiency in PICC line and central line access and management
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills
- Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible per diem schedule
