Compliance Manager; RN); Fully Remote

• Manage CMS and State Administering Agency audits for PACE compliance.
• Ensure audit readiness and serve as point with audit teams.
• Champion compliance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor audit universe data and review policies and procedures.
• Develop corrective action plans and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Population Health and Practice Operations on audit impacts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years healthcare audit experience and active RN license.
• PACE compliance, DHCS, CMS, and Epic experience preferred.
• Strong data interpretation, communication, and organizational skills.
