About This Role
The Primary Care-Remote RN Telephone Triage role involves providing remote patient care, documentation, and communication for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine practices. This position is ideal for nurses with strong assessment skills and experience in triage.
Highlights- Pay: $42 - $57/hour
- Location: Rochester, NY
- Facility: Strong Memorial Hospital
- Schedule: Per Diem, Rotating
- Provide remote patient care and documentation for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine practices.
- Perform telephone and MyChart triage utilizing professional nursing assessment skills.
- Support peers in the delivery of patient care services.
- Assume expanded roles such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.
- Work closely with the Digital Health team.
- Triage patients of all ages.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Education: Not specified
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in direct nursing care required

Current RN License in New York
