Remote Telehealth Nurse — Evening​/Overnight Patient Support

Care Simple is seeking a Patient Support Nurse to serve as a key liaison between patients and their clinical partners. You will guide onboarding and device setup, respond to patient-generated health-data alerts, and provide compassionate guidance to keep patients engaged and safe between provider visits.

This role covers evening, overnight, and weekend monitoring shifts to ensure around-the-clock support, with emphasis on documentation across systems and EHR, and coordination of device logistics
