Care Talk Health seeks experienced Virtual Care Nurses to join our fully remote team. The role supports members during Annual Wellness Visits (AWV), focusing on chart preparation and provider support in a telehealth setting.
You will work 40 hours per week, M-F 9:30 AM–6:00 PM EST with one Saturday per month, performing virtual AWVs, documenting thoroughly, and ensuring CMS compliance while delivering patient-centered care.
