Remote Annual Wellness Nurse — Telehealth; RN​/LPN​/LVN

Care Talk Health is a fully remote, nationwide telehealth practice partnering with Medicare Advantage plans to deliver Annual Wellness Visits and close care gaps. As an RN or LPN/LVN, you will prepare comprehensive AWV charts, review patient histories, medications, and screenings; conduct virtual visits; and communicate concise summaries to providers.
