As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one‑on‑one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:
- Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
- Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
- Monitoring patients throughout treatment
- Providing patient education and support
- Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care
- Education/Licensure:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; ADN/BSN accepted - Current BLS certification
- Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
- 3+ years of hospital‑based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
Experience in any of the following areas is especially valuable:

- Hematology
