AIS Healthcare is seeking a PRN Home Infusion / IVIG RN to provide infusions in patients' homes across the Syracuse, NY area. The role offers flexible scheduling with 2-3 days per week and full autonomy in a remote home setting.
As a Home Infusion RN, you will visit Pediatric and Adult patients, delivering IVIG therapies, educating patients, and coordinating care with physicians and the care team. Travel up to 150–200 miles one way is required, with travel time paid and mileage reimbursed.
