In this role you will support doctors and patients by reviewing, triaging and elevating issues in collaboration with customer service, clinical and operations, delivering timely care in a fast-paced telemedicine environment.
Hone Health offers virtual care for hormone therapy, weight loss, thyroid concerns and longevity medicine; experience in these areas is helpful but not required.
