You will provide compassionate, home-based end-of-life care as part of an interdisciplinary team, focusing on comfort and quality of life for patients with less than six months to live.
Benefits include a $75,000–$85,000 base salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, PTO, health/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k), and ongoing CEU opportunities.
