CopilotIQ in partnership with Biofourmis is seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner specializing in cardiology and heart failure to oversee complex chronic care programs through a fully remote telemedicine model in the United States.
You will coordinate care, respond to vitals alerts, and manage changes within NP scope of practice while educating patients. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pacific Time;
California licensure required with multi-state eligibility preferred.
