Amedisys, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Hospice RN On-Call to provide after-hours clinical support across remote and field settings, ensuring continuity and quality outcomes. You will triage patient needs, coordinate with care teams, and educate patients and caregivers while documenting every interaction.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday 5pm–8am.
$7,500 sign-on bonus. Requires active RN license in the assigned state(s), CPR, and 1+ years in hospice/home health or acute care.
