Care Coordinator – Brooklyn – Clinton Hill

We are looking for a compassionate Care Coordinator to provide an outstanding experience for clients and pets. This full‑time (40 hrs/week) position runs on a rotating schedule of four 10‑hr shifts per week.

• Greet pet parents and their animals, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.
• Manage the daily appointment and walk‑in schedule.
• Handle calls and emails to other veterinary practices and clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of common areas.
• Provide hospitality, answer questions, and offer education to pet parents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders.

• At least 1 year of customer‑service, hospitality, or client‑facing receptionist experience.
• Experience in the veterinary industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask accurately.
• Comfort typing and using multiple computer systems.
• Prior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plus.
