The Landscaper is responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance services for commercial properties. This position requires physical outdoor work, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality service.

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general lawn maintenance
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with seasonal services such as leaf removal, mulch installation, and property clean-ups
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
• Work as part of a team to complete assigned routes on schedule
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
