The Great Basin Institute is seeking an Ameri Corps Volunteer as a Refuge Technician at Sheldon-Hart NWR, located in Lakeview, Oregon. This position focuses on invasive species management and includes opportunities to help manage campgrounds and conduct wildlife monitoring.
Volunteers will gain valuable field experience, including mapping and technical skills, while living in a remote area. Compensation includes a living allowance of $640 biweekly and benefits such as medical insurance and an education award upon completion.
