Compensation: Starting salary of $120,000 plus equity in the practice

Position Overview

We are seeking a technically sound and compassionate Veterinarian to join an innovative concierge veterinary practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recent veterinary school graduate looking to build a successful career in a supportive, client-focused environment. The position will begin remotely, allowing for onboarding, client consultations, and integration into the practice. As the practice continues to expand, the role will transition to the beautiful coast of North Carolina, offering an exceptional quality of life and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care and medical consultations for companion animals.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of medical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and preventive care recommendations.
• Educate pet owners on wellness, nutrition, and ongoing healthcare needs.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
• Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians and support staff.
• Utilize telemedicine and other veterinary technologies when appropriate.
• Deliver a premium concierge-style veterinary experience through personalized service and proactive communication.
• Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and personalized care.
• Participate in the ongoing growth and development of the practice.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure in North Carolina.
• Strong clinical skills and sound medical judgment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and remote consultation platforms.
