120K base + 22% annualized production (our current associate is on pace for ~160K) | 36-hour week | No on-call (ever)
Let's skip the part where I tell you we have a fun, fast-paced team (but they are amazing) and a state-of-the-art facility (it is very colorful).
Here are the actual numbers.
What you'll earn- $120,000 base salary
- Topped off to 22% annualized production once your base and benefits are covered.
- No negative accrual. Everyone needs time off, so our production calculations allow you to take true PTO.
- My current associate is on pace for approximately $160,000 this year on the same 36-hour schedule with 2 years of experience.
- Approximately $22,000 in benefits for a full-time doctor.
- 36 hours = full-time. Not 40 with a wink- please take your lunch break and leave on time!
- 20–30 minute appointments. 20–24 patients across an 8-hour shift.
- Three assistants/techs supporting you during appointments & surgery.
- No after-hours emergencies. No on-call. Local emergency and urgent care centers take all overnight/weekend cases.
- Must work Fridays.
- Part-time option: 20 hrs/week including Fridays (benefits package listed reflects full-time; part-time compensation prorated and discussed individually)
- Charts. We have Scribe Note for AI-assisted charting and Shepherd for records. I want you to easily finish notes so you can fully disconnect when you leave.
- Drama. No after-hours work texts. We train the whole team in low-conflict communication and actively teach practices for leaving work at work.
Every patient is handled on a formal Fear, Anxiety & Stress protocol. Our care team confidently discusses and enforces policies for pre-visit medication and in-clinic sedation since these are part of our standard tools here. Doctors are required to get and stay Fear Free certified
.
Every client gets an itemized estimate before treatment
. Our care team reviews the estimate, and brings you any financial limitations so you can help guide your clients through the best care options. No surprise billing, no judgment for clients that can't do everything.

Edinburg is in South Texas, right next to McAllen, an hour from the coast, and four hours from three major metros. Our cost of living is about 20% lower than the national average, so your salary & benefits go considerably further than they would in Austin or Dallas. I know relocation is a real question, so please call and ask.
