You’ll practice high-quality small animal medicine while working alongside a team that knows how to support its doctors.

• Performing comprehensive exams and diagnosing medical conditions
• Developing individualized preventive healthcare plans
• Building long‑term relationships with clients and their pets
• Performing dental procedures and soft tissue surgeries if you enjoy them - surgery is encouraged, but absolutely not mandatory
• Educating clients in a way that makes sense (without making them feel like they need a veterinary degree)
• Collaborating with an experienced, highly utilized support team
• Practicing medicine in an environment designed to give you the time and resources to do it well
