Area Medical Director | Non-Clinical

We’re seeking
Area Medical Directors to oversee our general practice Vetco Total Care hospitals.
These are non-clinical based roles.

• Area Medical Director
  - San Antonio/Austin
• Area Medical Director
  - New Jersey/New York City
• Area Medical Director
  - Long Island/North NY

These roles are WFH (work from home) on Mondays and Fridays with travel Tues - Thurs each week to the hospitals in your market. When visiting your hospitals, you'll facilitate 1:1s, mentor, coach, and support the hospital team.

Our Area Medical Directors are responsible for representing our mission and values while creating a positive culture, hiring and development of staff, driving hospital growth and delivering performance objectives. Additionally, through the guidance of Petco Veterinary Hospital Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), they will ensure our hospitals practice a high standard of quality medicine and provide excellent patient care and client service.
