This remote role reports to a Veterinary Technician Manager and emphasizes regulatory compliance and ADE/PQC investigations.
You will handle phone-based inquiries, document ADEs and PQCs, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with internal and external customers while meeting regulatory deadlines.
