Job detailsDynamic Safety Solutions is seeking a driven Safety Advisor with at least 2 years’ experience in the construction sector and a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical operations within data centre environments.
What you will do- Be the go‑to expert for practical health & safety guidance across live construction projects, working closely with teams and reporting to management.
- Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance checks while keeping close eye on daily documentation and on‑site activities.
- Support the creation and implementation of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Construction Safety Plans.
- Lead incident, accident and near‑miss investigations – driving clear reports and effective corrective actions.
- Deliver engaging toolbox talks, site inductions and safety briefings that make an impact.
- Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, company procedures and ISO standards (9001, 14001 & 45001).
- Champion a proactive safety culture on site while keeping statutory inspection registers accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in the construction industry.
- Recognised Health & Safety qualification (Level 7 or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of current health & safety legislation.
- Proven experience creating and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Valid site credentials (e.g. training cards/ID06) and eligibility to work in‑country.
- Full, clean driving licence with flexibility to travel.
