Seasonal Pharmacy Workflow Technician / Warehouse Inventory & Fulfillment

As a Seasonal Pharmacy Workflow Technician, you will play a vital part in daily operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and ensuring accurate fulfillment of prescription orders onsite.

• Assist pharmacists with daily order dispensing according to pharmacy policies.
• Package and label prescription orders; package and ship orders accurately and timely.
• Build compliance units for top veterinary care products from bulk packages into single‑unit envelopes.
• Restock and clean workstations; replenish supplies such as box making and assembly.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and rotate between pharmacy stations.
• Maintain compliance with unit dose regulations and packaging standards.

• High School diploma or G.E.D.; current valid pharmacy technician license (state‑based) or pharmacy certification in good standing.
• Team building skills; positive, respectful, self‑motivated, dependable.
• Strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and detail orientation.
• Problem‑solving skills: adaptable, thorough, innovative.
• Ability to work and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred: previous pharmacy technician experience and prior warehouse or inventory experience.

Work environment: warehouse setting, dogs may be present in the office area. Duties may involve lifting and shelving items up to 50pounds, standing on pressurized concrete for extended periods, stooping, bending, and reaching overhead using a step ladder.
