Position Overview

Compliance Analyst (Levels I, II or III) – Hybrid role (3 days/week in office). Candidates must be able to commute to one of the following locations:
Portland, Medford, Fargo, Burlington, Vancouver, Renton, Boise, Lewiston, or Salt Lake City. The role supports the company’s mission to make health care easier and lives better.

Location

Hybrid working: 3 days per week on site in one of the listed offices. Remote work is available for most of the role if a wired internet connection with a minimum upload speed of 5

Mb and a minimum download speed of 10

Mb is available.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, deliver, measure and refine compliance program activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments, training, monitoring, auditing, regulatory audits, investigations, root‑cause analysis, regulatory implementation, control assessments, reporting and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedural documents.
  • Participate in the annual risk assessment process and in regular committee meetings.
  • Lead or support project management and implementation activities related to compliance.
Qualifications
  • Compliance Analyst I – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of compliance‑related experience (risk assessments, training, monitoring, auditing, investigations, root‑cause analysis, control assessments, reporting or corrective actions) preferred in a health‑care or Medicare‑regulated environment.
  • Compliance Analyst II – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5 years of compliance experience (or equivalent) with preference for health‑care or Medicare‑regulated environments.
  • Compliance Analyst III – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8 years of compliance experience (or equivalent) with preference for health‑care, Medicare‑regulated or ACA‑regulated environments.
Required Skills and Attributes
  • Proven ability to deliver core compliance activities: monitoring, auditing, root‑cause analysis, corrective actions.
  • Project management experience with multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, research, and analytical skills.
  • Legal research skills preferred.
  • Influence and decision‑making skills at all organizational levels.
  • PC literacy:
    Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and high learning agility.
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision‑making highly desired.
Compensation

Salary ranges and bonuses vary by state and level:

  • Level I – Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho: $69,700–$94,300 (range); full salary $65,000–$107,000; bonus target 10%. North Dakota: $65,986.69–$89,276.11 (range); full salary $59,716.46–$95,546.34.
  • Level II – Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho: $84,200–$113,900 (range); full salary $79,000–$129,000; bonus target 10%. North Dakota: $81,679.31–$ (range); full salary $72,523.20–$.
  • Level III – Oregon, Washington, Utah, Idaho: $101,200–$136,900 (range); full salary $95,000–$155,000; bonus target 15%. North Dakota: $90,906.79–$ (range); full salary $80,716.23–$.
