The Compliance Senior Analyst oversees complex licensing and regulatory compliance activities, ensuring the organization meets all legal and industry requirements for pharmaceutical distribution. This role involves managing high-level licensing projects, analyzing regulatory changes, and serving as a subject matter expert for licensing processes and compliance strategies.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Lead and manage the preparation, submission, and monitoring of license applications and renewals.

+ Maintain and audit comprehensive records of licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation.

+ Interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements to organizational processes.

+ Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal leadership on licensing matters.

+ Develop and implement process improvements for licensing workflows.

+ Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management.

+ Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations affecting licensing requirements.

** Qualifications*
* + High school Diploma or GED required

+ 4+ years in licensing, regulatory compliance, or contract management.

+ Experience in managing complex licensing projects and regulatory audits.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.

+ Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

** Preferred:*
* + Industry-specific expertise (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare).

+ Knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or related field

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62, USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
