Work From Home

• Review of supplier documentation (spec sheets, MSDS, regulatory compliance, and food contact declarations) and conversion into Highgate’s internal formats
• Completion of customer-approved supplier questionnaires
• Monitoring and tracking supplier certifications
• Review and file management of reports (production records, swab test results, GMP inspections, maintenance records, and vehicle inspection records)
• Monthly performance review support for FSMS and EMS, including trend analysis and preparation of HSEQ meeting presentations
• Ongoing compliance monitoring
• Provide support to the QA Manager on other quality-related tasks as required

• Review and updating of the entire FSMS and EMS documentation
• Standardization of specification sheets by product category, including development of a 3-in-1 document covering product specification, declaration of conformance, and food contact certification
• Supplier risk assessments (food safety, environmental, ethical sourcing, and modern slavery) and supplier audit
• Monthly performance review support for FSMS and EMS, including trend analysis and preparation of HSEQ meeting presentations
• Investigation of product/process nonconformities and management of corrective actions
• Development and delivery of internal training to maintain and improve competence as required by FSMS and EMS
• Continual improvement of FSMS and EMS, including introducing ISO 9001 concepts to optimize business processes
• Implementation of ISO concepts on internal/external issues and needs and expectations to better understand organizational context
• KPI monitoring for QA department (e.g. audit performance, nonconformities, customer complaints, corrective action closure, compliance status)
• Whenever possible, conduct annual site visits and walkthroughs to TAS production and VIC warehouse sites for audits and observations to support continual improvement
