Remote Quality Assurance Analyst

• Monitor inbound and outbound calls, chats, and email responses to assess performance quality
• Develop and implement call center quality processes and procedures
• Provide coaching to call center agents to improve call quality and customer experience
• Conduct QA audits across multiple communication channels
• Prepare and analyze quality reports for management review

• 2-3 years of call center experience with 1 or more years in quality assurance
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong understanding of the contact center environment and quality assurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Must embrace company principles and demonstrate understanding of the employer’s culture

• Bi‑lingual in Spanish a plus
