- Ensure compliance with various bank and government regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with business relationships to translate complex business requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Financial Services organization, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Financial Services organization
- Experience as an administrator of the Archer platform
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Visio, Excel, and Power Point
- Previous experience leading a team of dynamic individuals
- Archer Certified Administrator certification
- Experience leading teams at a large financial institution
