Role DescriptionThis is a full time hybrid role for a Quality Engineer based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for remote work on certain days. The Quality Engineer will be responsible aquiting and maintaining ISO accredidations. This includes developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance. Day to day responsibilities include document revisions, quality assurance tests, quality management systems, and team collaborations to identify and address quality issues.
The role also involves conducting inspections, analyzing data, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Control processes
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance strategies and Product Quality standards to meet regulatory requirements (ISO 9001/17025)
- Experience with Quality Management systems
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with team members effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, Engineering, enviornmental, Quality Management, or any othet science related field
- Experience with lab analysis and instrumentations
