Document Control Associate – Acute Care Technology

Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr (Negotiable based upon experience)

The Document Control Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that all medical device products meet stringent quality standards. This position involves performing document control for product inspection and manufacturing.

• Review Device History Records (DHR) prior to product release.
• Assist in evaluating customer complaints, retained samples, and returned products.
• Maintain accurate quality testing records as part of DHR documentation.
• Prepare and review monthly quality metrics.
• Conduct audits and facility walk-throughs to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP principles.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction efforts.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 5–6 years in a related document control, quality assurance or inspection role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient in English (read, write, speak).
  • Skilled in using rulers, calipers, and mechanical/electrical measurement tools.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to read specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Palm Springs, CA.

Pay range: $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
