Document Control Associate – Acute Care Technology
Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr (Negotiable based upon experience)

Position SummaryThe Document Control Associate plays a critical role in ensuring that all medical device products meet stringent quality standards. This position involves performing document control for product inspection and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Review Device History Records (DHR) prior to product release.
- Assist in evaluating customer complaints, retained samples, and returned products.
- Maintain accurate quality testing records as part of DHR documentation.
- Prepare and review monthly quality metrics.
- Conduct audits and facility walk-throughs to ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP principles.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and waste reduction efforts.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 5–6 years in a related document control, quality assurance or inspection role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in English (read, write, speak).
- Skilled in using rulers, calipers, and mechanical/electrical measurement tools.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
- Ability to read specifications, procedures, and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
This is a Contract position based out of Palm Springs, CA.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
