Do you want to contribute to ensuring the quality of supplier products and securing our industrial processes? As a Supplier Quality Assurance Technician, you are the first point of contact for supplier non-conformities. You detect, analyze, and follow up on FNCs in receiving and production, and support production in securing material flows. You play a central role in continuously improving supplier quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier non-conformities in receiving and production
  • Analyze and classify non-conformities (product or documentation)
  • Assess severity and propose corrective actions (acceptance, deviation, return, sorting, scrapping)
  • Contribute to possible supplier sanctions
  • Operational support to production to secure material flows
  • Formalize and communicate complaints to suppliers
  • Fully manage FNC dossiers and verify supplier responses
  • Ensure timely corrective actions and proper archiving
  • Maintain and consolidate the supplier quality dashboard
  • Communicate FNC progress to stakeholders
  • Lead biweekly meetings with receiving and production quality teams
  • Escalate blocking points to the responsible quality manager
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electronics
  • First industrial experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of operational quality methods and handling of non-conformities
  • Able to read technical drawings and schematics (electrical/mechanical)
  • Accurate, reliable, organized, with attention to detail
  • Communicative and assertive with suppliers
  • Hands‑on, flexible and practical
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • You have a very good level in English and French
