Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to manage and execute routine regulatory, documentation, distributor, and submission-related workflows. This role is integral to supporting global regulatory execution by efficiently handling high-volume documentation preparation, distributor requests, submission packets, and maintaining compliance records.

Responsibilities

* Prepare standardized submission packets using approved templates.

* Assemble FSC applications, MoCRA listings, export certificates, and country-specific forms.

* Route final drafts to the Head of Quality & Compliance for approval and signature.

* Track submission status and follow-up on deadlines.

Essential Skills

* Quality assurance expertise.

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in life sciences such as Chemistry or Biology.

* 3-5 years of experience working in QA within a regulated industry.

* GMP experience.

Work Environment

The role offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote work arrangement, reporting directly to the Regulatory Director.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
