Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to manage and execute routine regulatory, documentation, distributor, and submission-related workflows. This role is integral to supporting global regulatory execution by efficiently handling high-volume documentation preparation, distributor requests, submission packets, and maintaining compliance records.

• Prepare standardized submission packets using approved templates.
• Assemble FSC applications, MoCRA listings, export certificates, and country-specific forms.
• Route final drafts to the Head of Quality & Compliance for approval and signature.
• Track submission status and follow‑up on deadlines.

• Quality assurance expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences such as Chemistry or Biology.
• 3‑5 years of experience working in QA within a regulated industry.
• GMP experience.

The role offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote work arrangement, reporting directly to the Regulatory Director.

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 – $40.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Irvine, CA.
