Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to manage and execute routine regulatory, documentation, distributor, and submission-related workflows. This role is integral to supporting global regulatory execution by efficiently handling high-volume documentation preparation, distributor requests, submission packets, and maintaining compliance records.
Responsibilities- Prepare standardized submission packets using approved templates.
- Assemble FSC applications, MoCRA listings, export certificates, and country-specific forms.
- Route final drafts to the Head of Quality & Compliance for approval and signature.
- Track submission status and follow‑up on deadlines.
- Quality assurance expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences such as Chemistry or Biology.
- 3‑5 years of experience working in QA within a regulated industry.
- GMP experience.
The role offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote work arrangement, reporting directly to the Regulatory Director.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 – $40.00/hr.
