Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating and maintaining processes that support ASPICE and ISO 9001 compliance, while contributing to the day-to-day responsibilities of the quality management system.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert and coordinator for audits, assessments, gap analysis, documentation, and training.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with quality and information security standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, IT, legal, sales and operations teams to ensure consistent compliance across the organization.
  • Manage external vendors or consultants assisting with certification readiness or audits.
  • Support customer-specific quality requirements and documentation requests.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Good working knowledge of ASPICE and ISO 9001 frameworks, including audit preparation and process implementation.
  • Experience with process design principles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience with QMS tools, document control systems, and audit platforms.
  • Have an existing ASPICE provisional or competent assessor certificate preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation (salary, equity and bonuses) and comprehensive benefits designed to foster work-life balance, care for your health, protect your finances and help you save and invest for the future.
  • Generous paid time off, including flexible time off, holidays and sick time, health and wellness initiatives, and a charitable match program to help you give back to your community.
  • Great perks, which vary by location and can be site-specific: employee discounts, transportation reimbursements, and fitness facilities.
  • A flexible, hybrid work environment combining the best of in-office collaboration and community-building along with the benefits of working from home.
