ResponsibilitiesSupporting the team in the following areas:
- Support, evaluation and maintenance of quality documentation for raw materials, primary packaging materials and consumer goods.
- Processing related customer inquiries.
- Project‑ or topic‑related collaboration, e.g. in the internal implementation of relevant legal requirements and innovations.
- Support with other tasks of the team, e.g. audit preparations.
- Communication with suppliers, internal teams and customers.
- Requesting, preparing and tracking the associated quality documentation using existing IT tools (paperless).
- Independent management of your area of responsibility.
- Ideally, experience in quality assurance/control at a food manufacturing company.
- Education or training in the food sector is advantageous.
- Career changers are welcome if they are keen to learn new topics.
- Independent, meticulous, structured and self‑reliant work style.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and active communication.
- Safe handling of Office M365.
- Good English skills for handling documents.
