Job Description

• Support supplier management activities across multiple manufacturing sites using established quality procedures
• Own supplier corrective actions from containment through permanent resolution within manufacturing and assembly processes
• Oversee supplier DMRs, RMAs, audits, and performance tracking to minimize scrap and quality escapes
• Lead supplier audits for new and existing suppliers, ensuring findings are tracked and closed prior to launch
• Review, track, and approve supplier PPAP documentation in line with internal quality requirements
• Manage focused improvement plans for underperforming suppliers based on quality and responsiveness metrics
• Create and maintain supplier quality documentation that clearly defines quality expectations and standards

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 5-7 years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Hands-on experience with AIAG PPAP processes
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Proven expertise in 8D corrective actions, statistical tools, and continuous improvement methodologies
